Does anyone have any suggestions on discovery questions to ask the sales team, management, and stakeholders about existing content to know what needs to be revamped and where to start?
Id definitely speak to the sales teams to unpick why and how they won deals as well as a loss analysis when it comes to coal face materials!
Thanks Nick, do you have any sort of template you use for a loss analysis when talking with the sales reps to evaluate the content that worked for them?
