If you had endless resources what would your perfect sales enablement team look like? What roles would you include?
I have limited resources with a team of 8. We are getting a little stale in our output; and some team members are phoning it in. I think it’s time for a shake-up but I keep hitting a wall when it comes to realigning the team. I’m looking for innovative thinking and pie-in-the-sky ideas!
If you don’t already have them, I would make a really good instructional designer and a top notch multimedia developer top of my list.
Timely question. We are currently an even smaller team, but growing fast. I would love to have a dedicated training manager or instructional designer. Additionally, we’re looking to add an additional resources that would lead the research and production of enablement content, tools and thought leadership for each of our business lines that we support.
I’m curious what else people you see as key roles to add as you build out a small team to support a rapidly growing org?
