As our Dean of Sales Talent, you’ll interact directly with our fellows and change lives. You will empower them to grow their skills, meaningfully increase their earnings potential, and support their transition into tech sales. In this role, you’ll develop and execute on our cutting-edge learning & accountability system, coach, manage, and mentor our fellows, and partner with our Partnerships team to create engaging and effective learning plans.
This position requires the special combination of teaching and tech sales expertise, coupled with that magical mix of interpersonal skills, operational focus, and creative vision. While you’ll need to be able to operate autonomously and with initiative, you’ll have the support of our team and report directly to our Head of Sales from our sunny SF office.
