About the position

TechTarget is seeking a Sale Enablement Associate to support the management and marketing strategy of its UK Sales Enablement department located in our London office. The goal of the department is to provide our European-based sales representatives with field marketing support to position our expanding European offerings for clients. Additionally, the department supports the pre-sale and booking process for our top Global Account Director and our Sales Enablement Managers on the team in all facets of the group’s marketing efforts.  The right candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and be detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Track and manage the European editorial product inventory;
  • Manage and update the department sales collateral for our European Properties – Computer Weekly and MicroScope;
  • Support the proposal creation process in collaboration with the Sales Enablement Managers and Account Managers in response to client RFPs under tight deadlines:
    • Includes pricing out all proposal components, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and entering all proposal details into advertising agency templates (Excel)
  • Helping Sales Enablement Managers see campaigns through from proposal stage to booking:
    • Includes managing opportunities and revenue booking on our systems, working cross-department on Insertion Order creation and Purchase Order submission
  • Provide Sales with topically aligned editorial sponsorship opportunities to support demand generation and brand campaigns
  • Building presentations for Sales to leverage when introducing client’s to TechTarget or in sales pitches (PPT). In addition, helping the team keep sales-facing collateral up to date;
  • Pricing out products for non-integrated campaigns
  • Sharing data points with Sales to allow them to position TechTarget’s audience and products
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • BA or BS degree required
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects
  • Familiar with PowerPoint and MS Excel; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
  • Experience analyzing/packaging data and creating sales materials preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience required (online and B2B publishing experience preferred)
