About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, talented Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our Activation & Enablement team. Our team is committed to building engaging programs and experiences aimed at helping sales and partners harness the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads.

As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in partnering with sales leadership and business marketing to enhance sales strategy and productivity. You’ll be responsible for developing sales plays and training programs aimed at driving stronger partnerships with brands and agencies. You’ll also be responsible for developing a sales manager leadership program aimed at helping our sales managers amplify our sales development efforts.

What You’ll Do

    • Define the skills and knowledge necessary to accelerate in each sales role across all segments
    • Identify gaps across the buyer journey and opportunities to enhance our sales methodology across each part of our funnel
    • Partner closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and business marketing to prioritize and develop sales plays based on proven sales strategies and tactics that will help us exceed our revenue goals
    • Validate programs and sales plays with both sellers and buyers
    • Develop a skill-based training program (from business discovery to help elevate client satisfaction, accelerate our deal win rates, and increase sales productivity)
    • When training isn’t the answer, partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to accelerate sales productivity
    • Build a sales manager series to help transform high-performing sellers into high performing managers
    • Actively source best-in-class sales approaches to launch continuous, on-demand learning focused on sales techniques, account management best practices, competitive plays, objection handling, customer service, and sales coaching
    • Effectively design sales playbooks and tools to increase our sales team’s knowledge, competence, & confidence in serving our clients and our business
    • Design and maintain sales certification program to drive accountability, engagement, and measure program success
    • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability (i.e., hands-on workshops, on-demand courses, live virtual sessions, simulations)
    • Define program success metrics that are aligned to our broader sales organization’s key performance indicators
    • Support and execute sales enablement summits and offsites

 

What We Can Expect From You

  • We would love to see examples of your work, please prepare a portfolio of previously executed projects
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up or an agency
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and developing sales methodologies; ability to tie selling approaches to buyer behaviors
  • Owned the design of an experience from end to end and not afraid of starting a program from ground zero
  • Experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences utilizing user-centered design principles
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution
  • You have a passion for the written word and content creation
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data
