The following terms and conditions govern your use of the website https://acceleratesales.org (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’), including all pages, content, services and products made available through it. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree to these terms, we ask you to discontinue your use of the Website.
The Website is operated by Accelerate Sales llc dba Accelerate, a company registered with seat at 1 N State St., Floor 11, Chicago, IL 60602; (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Accelerate’).
The current Online terms and the Privacy Policy available via https://acceleratesales.org/privacypolicy constitute the entire agreement (‘Agreement’) between you and us with regard to the Website. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and policies of the Agreement.
We reserve at all times the right to modify the current terms and conditions of this Agreement. The most recent version can be consulted at all times via the Website.
Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website (hereinafter ‘Purpose’) is:
1) to provide its visitors with and allow members (‘Members’) to share and consult information and learning resources on sales enablement (e.g. via articles, interviews, practical tools, checklists, templates, webinars and any other content that may be relevant);
2) allow Accelerate to inform You about, and deliver, its activities;
3) to serve as an online community and networking space for sales enablement professionals around the globe;
4) to inform its visitors and Members about Sales enablement activities and events; and
5) to allow Members to share and consult (and visitors to consult) job opportunities via a job board.
All information, learning resources, comments, posts, correspondence and information on job opportunities that are uploaded, made available and/or shared via the Website will be hereinafter referred to as ‘Content’.
Membership
When you register at the Website and your application is accepted by Accelerate, you become a Member.
If you have chosen not to register at the Website, you may access certain features and certain Content as a visitor.
Membership with the Website is free, but on invitation only and reserved for professionals holding a Sales Enablement role, actively contributing to the sales enablement efforts within their respective organizations.
We reserve all rights to suspend, cease or refuse your membership or restrict your user rights of this Website at all times at our sole discretion, without having to motivate our decision, and without any liability.
Your membership account
Only one membership account may be granted per user, which shall be in the user’s real name and shall contain accurate and correct details. You agree to update the information in your account if necessary. Creating an account with false information or attempting to access an account of another Member is a violation of our terms and may lead to withdrawal or restriction of your account.
Account details are strictly personal and cannot be shared with any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your membership account and password and will use reasonable efforts to choose a strong and secure password.
You agree to use the Website in a professional manner. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You agree to immediately notify Accelerate of any unauthorized uses of your account.
Accelerate will not be liable for the unauthorized use of your account or account details by a third party.
Commitment of us
Accelerate warrants to operate the Website in a professional manner, using all reasonable skill and care with an appropriate number of suitable, qualified and experienced personnel.
Accelerate however does not provide any warranty as to accessibility or availability of the Website.
